A graduate of ISG and after a career spanning 30 years in major Information and Communication Technology companies including Alcatel, Gandalf, Newbridge Networks, Mitel, and SFR, Lionel has run Wesley Clover International’s European activities since 2013 and is also President of the tech incubator / accelerator Alacrité France based in Lille. He has also participated in the creation and development of numerous start-ups including MyStream, Net-Vitesse, Auticiel and more recently ReactEvent, Diskyver and Lota.cloud.

Luc Hallion

With more than 30 years of experience in the field of telecommunications, Luc Hallion has held technical, sales, and marketing positions in companies such as Dynatech Systems, Proteon, Newbridge Networks, BMC Software, OneAccess, and Mitel. In 1996, he was involved in the creation of the first French company specialized in e-commerce, Integra (now ITS Integra). He is also President of Coach Delta, a consulting firm specializing in individual and team assessment, training, and coaching.
Sir Terry Matthews

Sir Terry Matthews is the founder and Chairman of Wesley Clover International. Since 1972, he has either founded or funded more than 100 technology companies, including Mitel and Newbridge Networks.
Today, Terry and Wesley Clover are involved with and invest in a large number of companies related to new Information & Communications Technologies (ICT) and innovative applications. Wesley Clover also owns and operates real estate and leisure properties and maintains a very active charitable foundation.
Michael Turner

Michael Turner provides strategic analysis, government relations management and support to Wesley Clover, the Alacrity Global technology incubator program and WCS Global international sales programs. Previously, Michael was a senior executive with the Canadian Government, leading the Information Technologies and Telecommunications operations of the federal common services agency, Public Works and Government Services. During this period, he was a member of the executive team responsible for implementing over 100 Internet based eGovernment services for Canadian citizens and businesses. After leaving the government he was an international consultant and speaker on the subject of the implementation of internet-based services for several countries. Prior to his work with eGovernment services, Michael served for more than 25 years in various operational and executive positions within the Canadian Coast Guard, culminating in several years as Deputy Commissioner. Michael served on the Canadian Defence Advisory Board from 2011 to 2021, as also spent three years on the Board of Directors of Wavefront, the Canadian wireless innovation accelerator.

Ben Morris is currently VP of Technology Strategies at Wesley Clover in Ottawa, Canada.
Ben oversees business development, sales and marketing operations for Wesley Clover affiliates in their early stage or development phase. Ben advises and guides these technology companies by leveraging his in-depth expertise in SaaS, wireless networks and telecommunications.
Throughout his 20 years of experience, Ben is heavily involved in almost all steps of a company lifecycle, from creation to introduction on financial markets.

He was also a shareholder and Managing Partner of the digital services company Apps2com, recently acquired by Foliateam Group. He is currently Managing Partner of the consulting company Mooveos.

A graduate of a master’s degree in biology and health at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin, and major in promotion of the professional master’s degree in natural cosmetic raw materials at ISIPCA, Tiphaine Hovsepian joined the supplier of natural active ingredients, BIOCOSMETHIC, in as R&D manager. She was awarded at the IFSCC 2016 congress in Orlando in the top 10 and published an article in the magazine IFSCC 2017. She joined Clarins as an active product manager.

Passionate about high-fidelity sound, Joël created PurSon, a French brand of tube Hi-fi amplifier 6 years ago. Joël is also deputy mayor of Etiolles and community advisor for Grand Paris Sud.
